Index-soft is hiring a Head of Revenue for a remote Full Time role, inviting an accomplished commercial leader to own top-line growth and shape scalable revenue strategy from anywhere.

The Opportunity

As Head of Revenue at Index-soft, you will sit at the centre of commercial decision-making in a fully remote setting. This Full Time position gives you end-to-end ownership of revenue performance, the mandate to align sales, customer success, and partner channels, and the freedom to build processes that drive predictable growth. You will report to senior leadership, influence company direction, and operate with high autonomy while collaborating across functions virtually.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the multi-year revenue strategy, covering acquisition, expansion, and retention goals for the Head of Revenue function
  • Lead, coach, and scale remote sales and revenue teams, setting clear target frameworks, compensation plans, and performance rhythms
  • Own accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting so leadership always has a clear view of financial outlook
  • Partner with product, marketing, and customer success to create seamless handoffs and maximise lifetime value
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and channel opportunities that open new revenue streams
  • Implement and optimise CRM, enablement, and analytics tools that support data-driven selling in a distributed environment
  • Continuously refine pricing, packaging, and GTM motions based on market feedback and win/loss insights

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven track record as a Head of Revenue, VP of Sales, or equivalent senior commercial leader who has scaled revenue organisations
  • Deep expertise in sales methodology, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and enterprise or mid-market deal cycles
  • Demonstrated success building and managing high-performing remote teams with clear culture and accountability
  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with revenue metrics, and fluency in CRM platforms and modern sales tech stacks
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management abilities across virtual settings
  • Strategic thinker who thrives on both high-level planning and hands-on coaching
  • Full Time availability and readiness to work effectively in a fully remote arrangement
