Role Overview

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development activities that build team capability across the organisation.
• Oversee absence tracking, leave administration, and core personnel administration with accuracy and discretion.
• Support managers with workforce planning insights and practical solutions for staffing challenges.
• Ensure day-to-day HR activity aligns with applicable employment regulations and internal standards.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for people-related questions and workplace concerns.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience managing HR functions in a comparable HR Manager or senior generalist capacity.
• Working knowledge of employment regulations and the ability to apply them correctly in everyday situations.
• Proven ability to recruit, interview, and guide managers through fair hiring decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills that build trust with employees and leadership alike.
• Organised approach to multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with standard HR processes such as performance cycles, onboarding, and policy rollout.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical training in human resources, business, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on site in Neuenstadt as a full-time team member.
