Act as a trusted point of contact for people-related questions and workplace concerns. Requirements Solid professional experience managing HR functions in a comparable HR Manager (m/f/d) or senior generalist capacity. Working knowledge of employment regulations and the ability to apply them correctly in everyday situations. Proven ability to recruit, interview, and guide managers through fair hiring decisions. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills that build trust with employees and leadership alike. Organised approach to multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Familiarity with standard HR processes such as performance cycles, onboarding, and policy rollout.
