About the Role

As Head of Quality Assurance at Cytel, you will own the direction of our worldwide quality program, ensuring it keeps pace with both commercial expansion and shifting regulatory expectations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Frankfort, Franklin County, ideal for a strategic quality leader who thrives at the intersection of governance, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and advance Cytel's global Quality Assurance strategy so that it stays closely tied to business objectives and evolving regulatory standards.
• Steward the Quality Management System (QMS), keeping it current, robust, and continuously improving over time.
• Act as a senior point of leadership throughout sponsor audits and regulatory inspections, representing the organization with credibility.
• Champion the modernization of QA practices by introducing digital platforms, automation, and AI-enabled approaches.
• Strengthen consistency and reliability across quality processes company-wide.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within a regulated, global environment.
• Deep familiarity with Quality Management Systems and the standards that govern them.
• Proven success guiding teams through sponsor audits and regulatory inspections.
• Appetite for innovation, including the practical adoption of automation and AI to elevate quality outcomes.
• Strong strategic judgment paired with the ability to drive consistency across an expanding organization.
