Principal Biostatistician FSP

Cytel seeks an accomplished Principal Biostatistician to lead clinical trial statistics in Cedar, Cole County. In this full-time role, you'll drive statistical innovation across Phase I-IV studies, partnering with sponsors and clinical teams to advance therapeutics through rigorous analysis and expert study design.

About the Role

As Principal Biostatistician, you'll be the statistical cornerstone for complex clinical development programs across your region. You'll design and oversee analyses for multiple concurrent trials, mentor junior statisticians, and partner directly with clients to translate clinical objectives into defensible statistical strategies that inform regulatory decisions.

What You'll Do

• Lead statistical study design and analysis oversight for Phase I-IV clinical trials
• Develop advanced statistical methodologies aligned with study objectives and regulatory requirements
• Manage direct client relationships, communicating statistical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Guide biostatisticians and analytics staff through complex projects
• Ensure scientific rigor and compliance across all statistical deliverables
• Contribute to thought leadership in clinical biostatistics

What We're Looking For
