Responsibilities
- Assist experienced technicians in the installation and setup of FlexSteel wellhead equipment and components at multiple locations
- Learn and apply proper installation procedures, safety protocols, and equipment specifications under supervision
- Perform hands-on assembly, alignment, and testing of wellhead systems to meet operational standards
- Maintain job site cleanliness, tool organization, and safety compliance
- Travel between assigned locations as directed; relocate as needed for ongoing projects
- Document installation activities and communicate findings to supervisory staff
