What This Role Involves

As an Inside Sales representative at Cactus Wellhead, you'll serve as the technical and commercial bridge between our customers and our product expertise. Based in our corporate headquarters, you'll support assigned branch locations by conducting consultative sales, analyzing customer operational requirements, and guiding the successful delivery of wellhead solutions to operators and service providers across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer product needs and recommend appropriate Surface Wellhead equipment configurations to meet their operational requirements
• Secure and manage orders for wellhead products while maintaining accurate sales forecasting and pipeline discipline
• Coordinate product releases and ensure customer deliverables align with internal quality standards and timelines
• Support assigned branch offices by providing product expertise and order fulfillment leadership
• Build enduring customer relationships through responsive communication, technical knowledge, and professional service delivery
• Contribute to revenue targets and sales growth for the Cactus Wellhead product line

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in industrial equipment, oil and gas, or B2B technical environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions
• Professional communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, technical, and management teams
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software platforms
• Demonstrated ability to learn technical product specifications and industry standards quickly
