The Opportunity

As Head of Marketing Operations at Oncourse Home Solutions, you'll architect and oversee the systems, processes, and teams that enable our marketing organization to operate at scale. You'll report directly to executive leadership and partner across the business to align marketing initiatives with company goals. This role is essential to our growth strategy as we expand our partnerships with utilities and municipalities nationwide and deepen customer engagement in the home protection market.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing operations strategy, including campaign management, marketing technology infrastructure, and workflow optimization
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing operations team, setting standards for excellence and fostering professional development
• Oversee marketing budget allocation, forecasting, and financial performance across campaigns, channels, and initiatives
• Manage marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and reporting systems
• Establish KPIs and dashboards that measure marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to increase team efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing operations experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
• Proven track record building and managing marketing operations teams and functions at growing companies
• Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large marketing budgets
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
