About the Role

The Head of Marketing for Asia-Pacific (APAC) at Sodali & Co will lead the marketing strategy and execution across all channels to support the firm's growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, building brand awareness, and driving engagement with key stakeholders.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals
• Manage the APAC marketing team and ensure effective collaboration with other departments
• Create compelling content for various channels including digital, print, and events
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders

Responsibilities

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for:

• Strategically positioning Sodali & Co in the APAC market
• Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
• Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Evaluating campaign performance through data analysis and reporting
• Collaborating with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy

Qualifications

Candidates must have:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, preferably within a professional services firm or similar industry
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets
• Strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural nuances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of driving brand awareness and customer engagement
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
