The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a technically strong Head of Human Resources to join our growing national, multi-site family-run business. Reporting directly to the Director of People, you will provide trusted leadership across the organization with a particular focus on employment law and employee relations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with company goals
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment
• Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees
• Collaborate with senior leadership on key HR initiatives and strategic planning

What You Bring

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a multi-site organization
• Demonstrated expertise in employment law and employee relations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success
