About the Role
As Han-Dee Hugo's 29-Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations and support the store manager in all aspects of running a successful customer service center. You'll balance front-line customer interaction with supervisory responsibilities, overseeing team performance, maintaining service quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our Wrightsville Beach location. This role offers clear exposure to management best practices and operational strategy within Sampson Bladen Group Master.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while modeling best practices for your team members
- Supervise and manage customer service representatives, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company standards
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new customer service team members
- Train team members on policies, procedures, and customer service excellence techniques
- Support manager-level operational duties including scheduling, performance reviews, and team development
- Monitor team metrics and contribute to continuous service quality improvement initiatives
