Hair Stylist / Full Service Salon

Fantastic Sams Cut & Color of Central California is hiring a full-time Hair Stylist for its full-service salon location in Litchfield Park, Maricopa County — a creative, client-focused role within one of the most established names in the hair care industry.

About the Role

This is a full-time chair for a licensed stylist ready to grow their career inside a high-energy, full-service salon environment. You'll serve a built-in client base, work alongside a supportive team, and operate with the backing of a franchise system that has more than 45 years of industry experience and over 1,000 locations nationwide — making Fantastic Sams the world's largest full-service hair care salon brand.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a full menu of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, treatments, and styling for clients of all ages and hair types
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend services and products that suit their hair goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming station consistent with salon standards
• Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat bookings and referrals
• Stay current with evolving techniques, trends, and cutting-edge color technology supported by ongoing education
• Collaborate with salon leadership and fellow stylists to create a positive, team-first culture

What We're Looking For

• A valid Arizona cosmetology license (or the ability to obtain one prior to your start date)
• Demonstrated skills across cuts, color services, and chemical treatments
• Strong communication and guest-service instincts — you put clients at ease immediately
• Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for the craft
• Openness to continued learning and embracing new techniques and tools
• Experience in a full-service or high-volume salon is a plus, though motivated newer stylists are encouraged to apply
