About the Role

As the Residential Portfolio Manager at Stoladi Property Group in Trade, Alexandria City, you will act as the owner's primary on-site representative, taking ownership of community operations, resident satisfaction, and the day-to-day performance of an assigned group of residential properties. This senior-level position blends hands-on operational leadership with financial stewardship and team management, making you central to how each community runs and grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the property owner on-site and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both residents and owners.
• Direct all facets of community and property operations, including ongoing maintenance and upkeep.
• Plan and carry out property and community improvement initiatives that enhance value and resident experience.
• Manage budgets and control expenses to keep each property financially healthy.
• Administer vendor and service contracts, ensuring agreements are honored and well documented.
• Supervise, guide, and develop on-site staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Oversee a portfolio of residential properties and monitor performance across each community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential property or community management at a senior level.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising and motivating on-site teams.
• Solid grasp of budgeting, expense control, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with residents, owners, and vendors.
• Comfort managing multiple properties and balancing competing priorities across a portfolio.
