The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer for our GBP Cincinnati Division. This position will report to the Design Manager and work within a dynamic team environment to design custom packaging and graphics presentations that meet customer needs and requirements. The role involves both graphic and structural packaging design, including the creation and modification of graphics and packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify graphics and packaging designs to meet client specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging concepts
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the overall design strategy of the company by providing creative input and ideas
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and packaging industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
