What This Role Involves

The Senior Interior Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping Flow’s innovative living and working spaces. You’ll be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional designs that align with the brand’s vision of flexibility, connectivity, and community. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading design projects from concept to completion
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure cohesive project execution
• Managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process
• Creating detailed design plans, sketches, and presentations
• Ensuring all designs meet company standards for sustainability and user experience

<h2-Core Duties

Your core duties will include:

• Developing innovative interior design concepts that enhance the Flow brand’s image and values
• Working closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
• Staying updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve your designs
• Providing detailed specifications for furniture, fixtures, and finishes
• Ensuring all designs comply with local building codes and regulations

<h2-Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Interior Designer or similar position
• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution
• Strong portfolio showcasing your best work and design philosophy
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience working with diverse materials and finishes
• A passion for sustainability and user-centered design
