New Graduate Registered Nurse – RN

Fresenius Medical Care is hiring a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) in Beallwood, for a full-time position supporting our dialysis care mission. This role is specifically designed for recent nursing school graduates and offers comprehensive training as you transition into clinical practice.

About the Role

As a New Graduate Registered Nurse with Fresenius Medical Care, you'll join our hemodialysis team delivering safe, effective dialysis therapy to our patient population. This position provides structured support and mentorship as you earn your RN license and build your clinical foundation. You'll work within our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure each patient receives high-quality care tailored to their dialysis needs.

What You'll Do

• Assist the clinical team in preparing dialysis treatments and monitoring patient care during therapy sessions
• Support infection control and safety protocols throughout the dialysis unit
• Communicate with patients and their families to ensure understanding of treatment plans
• Document patient observations and treatment responses accurately
• Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to a supportive, compassionate care environment for dialysis patients

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate of an accredited nursing school in good standing
• Ability to meet state licensure requirements for RN practice
