About the Role

Halff is seeking an engineer to support the planning, design, and development of construction drawings for public infrastructure. You'll work on diverse municipal projects that shape community development and serve the public good, from transportation systems to water resources and public facilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop engineering designs and construction documents for municipal roadway projects and traffic systems
• Support planning and design of stormwater management and drainage infrastructure
• Contribute to water supply, distribution, and wastewater treatment system projects
• Assist with civil site design for municipal parks, recreation areas, and public facilities
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and plans for construction bidding and execution
• Work with municipal clients, contractors, and team members to deliver quality infrastructure solutions
• Support project coordination and quality assurance throughout the design process

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field
• Strong technical drawing and computer-aided design (CAD) skills
• Understanding of civil engineering principles and municipal infrastructure systems
• Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary project teams
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in technical documents
• Professional communication skills and ability to engage with clients
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project site visits
