About This Position
At Two Good Co, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Perth-based catering kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume operations, leading teams, and driving business growth. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen's operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and staff well-being.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations in the catering kitchen to ensure smooth running and meet high standards of food quality and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth, including menu development, marketing initiatives, and customer relationship management.
- Manage a team of vulnerable women, providing mentorship, support, and career development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the broader Two Good Co team to align kitchen operations with overall organizational goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the food service industry, preferably in a high-volume catering setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
