Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend products that match their preferences and budget
• Process transactions accurately and professionally, including cash and card payments
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tommy Hilfiger collections, sizing, fabric care, and current promotions
• Support merchandising standards by organizing, replenishing, and displaying inventory to maximize visual appeal
• Monitor floor stock and coordinate with team members to ensure products are readily available
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Contribute to a safe, organized, and welcoming store environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles
