About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in this full-time position. You'll evaluate patients' physical conditions, design individualized therapy programs, and provide direct therapeutic treatment while supervising support staff. Working alongside physicians and our clinical management team, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve their functional goals and return to the activities that matter most.
What You'll Do
- Assess patients and develop customized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and clinical team members
- Monitor and document patient progress; modify treatments based on clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare partners
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
- Maintain detailed clinical records and adhere to all regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid Physical Therapist license in West Virginia
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) or equivalent qualification
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Professional integrity and dedication to patient outcomes
