About the Role
The purpose of this job is to consistently achieve individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service and taking on other senior-level responsibilities within a store.
Your Responsibilities

Qualifications
Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in retail or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service experience a plus
