About This Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bath & Body Works in Eugene, Oregon. As part of the Gingham Nation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Selling products and assisting customers with their needs
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Handling cash register duties and processing transactions accurately
• Participating in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required
