Position Summary

The Sales Associate at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and pack-up of products. This role is crucial for maintaining a well-organized store environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and organizing product displays to attract customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with sales and inquiries
• Participate in end-of-season pack-up activities, including premium pay programs for setup and tear down
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety standards are met

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
• A strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed

Next Steps

This position offers an hourly rate ranging from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include New York Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications.
