What This Role Involves

Austin Industrial is seeking a Front End Loader operator to join our team in Loudon, TN. This role will be responsible for operating front end loaders and performing various tasks related to material handling and site preparation on construction sites.

• Operate front end loaders safely and efficiently
• Lift, load, unload, and transport materials as needed
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth project execution

Your Responsibilities

The Front End Loader operator will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations when operating machinery
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to job performance and conduct
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Valid CDL license with a Class A or B endorsement
• Proven experience operating front end loaders in a construction environment
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations for heavy equipment operation
• Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving materials
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
