About This Position

Welcome to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and communicating cordially with guests, promptly checking them in and out of the hotel. You will assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary. Ensuring accurate posting of all charges is also part of your role.

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, ensuring a warm welcome experience.
• Promptly and professionally check guests into and out of the hotel.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations as needed.
• Efficiently post all charges accurately and promptly.

• Promptness and professionalism in handling daily tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
