Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is recruiting a Food Service Director to oversee dining and nutrition services at our long-term care community in Holly Springs. About the Role
As Food Service Director, you'll manage all aspects of our dining operations, from menu development to daily food preparation and service. You'll lead a team dedicated to meeting the nutritional, cultural, and personal preferences of our residents while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
What You'll Do
- Plan menus that accommodate dietary restrictions and enhance resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For
- Food service management experience in healthcare or long-term care
- Knowledge of nutritional standards and dietary practices for resident populations
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record of maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
