We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join Nestlé's team as Food Production Operators at their state-of-the-art facility in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. This is a full-time position with no remote work options available.

What You'll Do

Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality food products.
Maintain clean and safe working conditions by adhering to all safety regulations.
Follow detailed instructions and procedures for processing raw materials into finished goods.
Monitor production processes to ensure consistency in product quality.
Participate in regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.

What You Bring

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
No specific experience necessary; training will be provided for entry-level candidates.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (e.g., using simple software tools).
Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus on tasks.
