About the Role

Walmart is hiring a Food/Consumables Team Associate to help maintain and manage our food and consumable product aisles at our Pembroke, Robeson County store. In this full-time role, you'll ensure shelves are well-stocked, products are fresh and properly displayed, and the section remains clean and inviting for shoppers. Hourly compensation ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives available. Your contributions directly impact the shopping experience and community we serve.

Your Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise food and consumable products on shelves and displays throughout your assigned section
• Check product expiration dates and remove outdated items to maintain quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized shopping environment in compliance with store and food safety policies
• Assist customers by answering questions about product location, availability, and features
• Follow all food safety, health code, and company safety procedures
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to identify restocking needs and address issues
