Food and Hospitality Associate (DAY/EVENING SHIFT)

MASONICARE seeks a Food and Hospitality Associate to join our dining team at Middlewoods of Farmington in Farmington, Hartford County, Connecticut. This day/evening shift position offers meaningful work supporting residents through quality meal service.

Position Summary

As a Food and Hospitality Associate, you'll work under the guidance of our Director of Dining Services to ensure exceptional meal experiences for our residents. This 14-hour-per-week evening position focuses on the setup, service, and support that make dining moments special in our senior living community. You'll contribute to a warm, welcoming environment where food service is part of our commitment to resident care and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the dining space for meal service
• Assist with plating, serving, and presenting meals to residents
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup throughout dining periods
• Clear tables and ensure dining areas remain organized and sanitary
• Support the dining team in meeting resident preferences and dietary needs
• Respond to resident requests with professionalism and courtesy

• Reliability for your assigned day/evening shifts (Sunday–Monday or Sunday–Tuesday)
• Physical capability to stand, move, and lift items as required
• Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
