What You'll Do

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions from due diligence through closing
• Counsel businesses on entity formation, restructuring, and operational legal matters
• Identify and mitigate legal exposure across client business activities
• Collaborate with firm colleagues to deliver integrated, solution-oriented legal services

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility for admission)
• Demonstrated experience in corporate law, business transactions, or related practice areas
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Sound judgment in advising clients on complex legal and business issues
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a deadline-driven setting
• Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
