About the Role

As a Store Associate at The Finish Line's Menlo Park location, you'll be the face of our brand on the sales floor. What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations across footwear, apparel, and accessories
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash responsibly
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing through regular merchandising and restocking
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability
• Answer customer questions about sizing, brand details, and product care
• Support store operations by opening or closing the store, depending on your shift schedule
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping environment
