What You'll Do

• Execute all Mercy Health System financial policies and guidelines consistently across daily operations
• Process patient registrations and conduct thorough financial intake to ensure accurate billing from the start
• Post payments and manage cash drawer operations with precision and accountability
• Balance daily cash transactions and verify financial records according to established protocols
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of collection laws and the bad debt process to manage accounts responsibly
• Reconcile statement cycles and identify discrepancies for timely resolution
• Execute day-shift frontline workflows that keep our financial operations running smoothly
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare financial regulations and internal governance requirements

What We're Looking For
