About the Role
As an Executive Assistant at Stepp & Rothwell, Inc. in Overland Park, Johnson County, you will be the organizational backbone of a high-touch financial planning practice. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for a detail-driven professional who thrives on keeping leadership, clients, and projects running smoothly in a relationship-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and scheduling support to firm leadership and advisory staff.
- Help coordinate quarterly client meetings and the ongoing planning touchpoints central to the firm's service model.
- Manage calendars, correspondence, and follow-up items so client commitments are met proactively.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and meeting materials with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a comparable support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client and financial information.
- Comfort working on-site full-time in Overland Park, Johnson County.
