About the Role
The Goodkind Group, LLC is recruiting a full-time Legal Executive Assistant to anchor day-to-day operations for an expanding global law firm with locations in San Francisco and Redwood City, California. In this on-site position, you will be the trusted right hand to two or three of the firm's Partners, keeping their practices organized and their priorities on track. You will also act as a central communication hub, bridging the firm's attorneys with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on executive support to two or three Partners, managing the flow of their daily work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal colleagues and external clients alike.
- Function as a liaison who connects attorneys with the clients they serve, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate the administrative and scheduling needs that keep the San Francisco and Redwood City offices running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Proven background supporting executives or attorneys, ideally within a legal or professional services setting.
- Polished communication skills suited to interacting with Partners, staff, and high-value clients.
- Strong organizational instincts and the ability to juggle competing priorities for multiple leaders at once.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco, California, as part of a full-time team.
