About the Role

We're seeking a Financial Analyst at the Level 2 position to strengthen our Financial Analysis team in Grand Prairie. This role is central to establishing and maintaining the business rhythm of our programs, ensuring financial health across portfolio accounts and supporting leadership with data-driven insights. You'll work directly with control account managers, program directors, and finance leadership to translate complex financial data into actionable guidance that shapes critical decisions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain performance metrics that track program financial health, profitability, and adherence to budgets
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders and program leadership
• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to control account managers on cost management, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor financial data, variance trends, and budget performance across assigned programs
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and business case development activities
• Collaborate with program teams to identify financial risks and opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, program management, or a related function
• Proficiency with financial analysis tools, ERP systems, and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one (required for this position)
