Lockheed Martin is seeking a Finance and Business Operations Staff (Lvl 4) in Arlington, TX to join its Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) team. This full-time, on-site role supports critical financial management for one of the nation's leading defense programs.

About the Role

As a member of the Financial Management Staff within Lockheed Martin's Integrated Air and Missile Defense line of business, you will support Sustainment activities tied to the Lower Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (LTIAMD) program. This Finance and Business Operations Staff position is based in Arlington, Tarrant County, with program work connected to Grand Prairie, TX, and plays a central part in keeping mission-critical defense efforts financially sound and well-planned.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support across Sustainment efforts under the LTIAMD program.
• Partner with the Financial Management Staff to develop, monitor, and report on program budgets and forecasts.
• Track cost performance, identify variances, and contribute to data-driven business decisions.
• Prepare financial reporting and analysis to support program leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across business operations functions to ensure accurate, timely financial management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in finance, business operations, or financial planning and analysis, consistent with a Level 4 staff role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insight.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management practices.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with program teams.
• Eligibility to work full-time on-site in Arlington, TX in support of defense-related programs.
