About the Role

As the HVAC Senior Designer, you will serve as a technical leader and the engineering discipline's primary representative within your assigned area. The position blends hands-on design expertise with administrative coordination and team leadership, ensuring that each project is executed with accuracy and consistency from initial concept through final completion. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Greenville.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee HVAC design activities within a defined area of responsibility.
• Act as the engineering discipline's representative, championing technical accuracy throughout all project phases.
• Manage the core administrative processes that keep design work organized and on track.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to guide design decisions and resolve complex challenges.
