The Opportunity
As a Field Service Professional at Nwis in Springfield, VA, you'll be at the frontline of our customer experience, maintaining and supporting systems that matter to businesses and individuals alike. This role offers direct engagement with clients, technical problem-solving, and the satisfaction of resolving issues on-site. You'll work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team and customers throughout the Springfield area and surrounding regions.
Your Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and systems
- Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Document service visits, work completed, and findings in company records
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and preventive care
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job site
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Coordinate with the team to schedule visits and share updates on customer needs
