About the Role

As a Family Psychotherapist with Bethany Christian Services, you'll provide clinical mental health services to individuals and families facing complex challenges. Your work directly supports children and families navigating foster care, adoption, family reunification, and refugee integration. You'll deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic interventions that honor each person's dignity and potential.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and case notes in compliance with state and federal standards
• Collaborate with case managers, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
• Crisis assessment, safety planning, and appropriate referral when needed
• Contribute to staff training and clinical supervision within your team
• Maintain professional licensure and participate in ongoing clinical development

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical social work, psychology, or related field
• Current state licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in clinical practice, preferably with families and children
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
