What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive family assessments to identify strengths, needs, and protective factors
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on family preservation and reunification
- Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services using trauma-informed approaches
- Connect families with community resources, financial assistance, housing support, and other services
- Monitor and document family progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with case managers, school personnel, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Respond to family crises and provide crisis de-escalation and support
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
- Current state licensure or certification in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field
- Demonstrated experience working therapeutically with families and children
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, family systems theory, and evidence-based treatment models
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse, underserved populations with cultural sensitivity
- Reliable transportation and ability to conduct in-home and community-based sessions
