Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Central Hall Westminster as the Facilities Manager - Operations – Health and Safety. This is an office-based role located in Westminster, London, requiring a proactive individual with strong operational and health and safety expertise.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations to ensure smooth running of the venue
• Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
• Manage maintenance staff and contractors to deliver a high standard of services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in facilities management
• Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance
• Collaborate with the Senior Facilities Manager on strategic initiatives and improvements

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within facilities management or related field
• Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
