As an integral part of our facilities management division, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our properties. What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repair services for property upkeep.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to facility management processes.
• Support in the planning and execution of events and special projects within facilities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with property maintenance, safety protocols, and building systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, or a relevant field is preferred.
