Role Overview
Oakes Auto Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, appearance, and operational functionality of our dealership properties across multiple locations. This role will be based in North Kansas City, MO, and will work full-time with a competitive compensation package ranging from $5,000 - $6,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of facilities to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of dealership properties, including cleaning, landscaping, and general upkeep.
- Oversee contractors and vendors for timely completion of projects and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain budgets for facility-related expenses.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with maintenance software and tools is preferred.
