Position Summary

JLL is seeking a talented Project Lead to join our dynamic team in India (nationwide) (nationwide). As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from conception through completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector, along with a strong understanding of construction and development processes.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
