Position Summary

The Facilities Coordinator will join a high-performing on-site team managing a landmark commercial office building in the West End. This role offers an exceptional working environment for both occupiers and is part of a property consultancy that has recently undergone extensive refurbishment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and management of the facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment for all occupants.
• Coordinate with external vendors to maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Handle emergency situations promptly and effectively, maintaining safety protocols and procedures.
• Support the team in organizing events and special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively within the team and with external partners.
• Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
