What This Role Involves

The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the working environment for our clients and employees. Key responsibilities include managing maintenance requests, overseeing cleaning services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating office events, and managing inventory of office supplies.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize facility maintenance tasks to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Oversee contracted cleaning and maintenance service providers
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory management system for office supplies
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event planning and logistics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in the workplace

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in facilities management. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, inventory management, and event coordination. A strong understanding of safety regulations and environmental best practices is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are also required.
