About the Role

As our Expo, you'll be the critical link between kitchen and front-of-house operations, ensuring every plate and drink order meets our standards for quality and presentation before it reaches your guests.

What You'll Do

• Plate and present food orders with attention to presentation and temperature standards
• Verify order accuracy and completeness before handoff to servers
• Manage the expediting station, organizing and prioritizing orders for smooth service flow
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to keep operations coordinated
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following food safety and sanitation protocols
• Support the team during peak service to keep momentum consistent

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
• Clear communication skills and collaborative team approach
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
