Executive Assistant, Products & Experiences and Entertainment Marketing

Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment seeks an organized, resourceful Executive Assistant to support our Products & Experiences and Entertainment Marketing leadership teams. Based in Brooklyn, New York City, this full-time role is central to coordinating strategy, operations, and high-profile initiatives across the organization that serves as the parent company of the Brooklyn Nets, NY Liberty, and Barclays Center.

About the Role

You'll be the operational backbone for executive leaders driving product development, fan experiences, and marketing campaigns that shape modern sports and entertainment. This position demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where bold ideas meet complex logistics, and where attention to detail directly impacts the experiences delivered to millions of fans and guests annually.

What You'll Do

• Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple departments
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholder meetings
• Coordinate special events, product launches, and marketing initiatives from conception through execution
• Facilitate communication between executive leadership, departments, and external partners
• Track projects, maintain databases, and organize documentation for strategic initiatives
• Handle vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement support
• Provide administrative support including expense reports, scheduling, and general office management

What We're Looking For

• Proven executive assistant experience in a corporate, hospitality, or entertainment environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with ability to juggle competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Interest in or familiarity with sports, entertainment, or hospitality industries (preferred)
