About the Role

We are seeking a talented Event Producer to join our team at Pico Art International Pte Ltd. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing immersive events that engage audiences worldwide. You will work closely with clients across various industries, ensuring that each event meets their unique needs and exceeds expectations.

• Develop creative concepts and strategies for events
• Manage the entire event production process from planning to execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and technology experts
• Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and meet client objectives
• Oversee budget management and vendor negotiations

Core Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management abilities
