What This Role Involves

As an Escrow Processor, you'll play a critical part in ensuring smooth, compliant transactions for our clients. Your work will directly support the settlement process, managing funds and documentation that enable real estate closings to proceed seamlessly. You'll be the organizational backbone behind every transaction we handle—maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to protect client interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage escrow accounts, including receipt, reconciliation, and disbursement of funds
• Prepare and review closing statements and settlement documents
• Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients to gather required documentation
• Maintain detailed records of all escrow transactions and communications
• Monitor compliance with state and federal escrow regulations
• Respond to client inquiries regarding account status and closing timelines
• Support business growth by maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with escrow and title industry software systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and legal documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
